Research On Modular Design Of Public Space On Standard Floor Of High-rise Residential Buildings

This paper chooses the public space of the standard floor of high-rise residential buildings as the research object.Firstly,the revision of "Code for Fire Protection in Building Design" makes many design practices of public space of residential buildings fail to meet the requirements of the new code.Secondly,the standard floor of high-rise residential buildings,as the plane floor with the largest number of users in residential buildings,is extremely representative,and has extraordinary practical significance both to residential design and to residents' daily life.Moreover,with the application of the new generation of digital technologies such as big data and artificial intelligence in the field of architecture,the production mode of residential building will be promoted to the development road of industrial construction.Therefore,it is necessary to explore new design mode to meet the requirements of future development.Therefore,this paper takes the public space of the standard floor of the residential building as the breakthrough point to carry out the research,takes the modular design idea as the starting point,combines the various factors of the current development,and actively explores the design application strategy suitable for the industrialization construction of the future residential building.In this paper,cold regions are selected as an example.First,the region where the author lives is convenient for research.Secondly,the differences of climate environment,living habits and living styles in the same climate region are small,and there are many commonalities,which is conducive to the formation of systematic research results.Moreover,different cities in the same climate region have different requirements for housing design,which is convenient for in-depth research on some problems.This paper firstly sorts out the related theoretical system of modular design,discusses the dependent relationship between modular design and architectural design,and sorts out the influencing factors of modular design strategy on residential buildings.Secondly,this paper analyzes and sorts out the related norms and factors that affect the public space modules of high-rise residential buildings,and summarizes the commonly used modules and units in design.And then,the calculation chart analysis,simplified form,type classification,statistical analysis and other methods of three types of public space in high-rise residential standard layer analysis,standard layer of high-rise residential public space is deduced with modular design of digital information,and further puts forward the optimization strategy method of standard layer of high-rise residential public space module,The dual diagram of the public space module of the standard floor of the high-rise residential building is proposed,which creates the possibility for the future computer-aided design.Finally,the paper makes a quantitative analysis of all kinds of standard floor public space modules in the plane,and puts forward the selection strategy of standard floor public space modules in the residential plane design of high-rise residential buildings.It is hoped that in the near future,the derived standard level public space module database can be combined with computer programming for digital calculation to generate residential plane design,so as to explore the value and potential of assisting design generation at the level of residential building design.Through the study of the above aspects,this paper,based on theoretical research and practical exploration,uses the strategy of modular design to systematically comb and study the public space of the standard floor of high-rise residential buildings,hoping to provide some useful references for the design and application of residential buildings in the future.
