Nowadays,China's economy has shifted from a high-speed growth stage to a highquality development stage.It is in the process of transforming the development mode,optimizing the economic structure,and transforming the growth momentum.The automobile industry is actively promoting the industrial transformation and upgrading,while facing the major indicators of the pressure industry.The growth rate slowed down and the growth rate declined.From the perspective of policy factors,the local auto industry protection policy(high import tariffs and foreign shareholding restrictions)that affects the development of China's auto industry will be completely abolished by 2022,and the auto industry will usher in important changes.From the macroeconomic point of view,the macroeconomic growth rate decline,the Sino-US trade war,and consumer confidence and other factors,the industry is still facing greater pressure in the short term.Therefore,on the cusp of transformation and upgrading,how to establish a departmental performance appraisal indicator system that meets the strategic transformation objectives,accelerate the transformation of enterprises,realize the systematization and scientific management,and improve the operational efficiency of enterprises is of vital importance to automobile enterprises.A-Auto Co.,Ltd.is a large domestic truck manufacturer.Its main business scope is research and development,production and sales of medium and heavy-duty trucks,complete vehicles,passenger cars and other commercial vehicles.Because A-Auto Co.,Ltd.performance appraisal method is not standardized and lacks standardized system.Now,it is necessary to re-based on the overall strategic objectives of the company,identify the strategic focus of external market orientation and internal orientation,establish the strategic themes of each subordinate department,and divide its transformation into specific departmental performance indicators to form a company's development strategy.The performance appraisal system for the daily work of the department.By reading the domestic and foreign literatures,this paper analyses the current situation of performance management of A-Auto Co.,Ltd.and the feasibility of implementing the balanced scorecard theory to build an indicator system,and combines the company's future development goals,clarifies the value positioning requirements,key tasks and responsibilities of each department,and proposes the use of balance.The score indicator card and the key evaluation indicators of the theoretical construction department's performance indicator framework,select performance appraisal indicators,form a performance appraisal indicator system.After constructing the performance evaluation index system based on the balanced scorecard,the index weights of each department's performance evaluation index system are established by means of expert scoring,and the complete performance evaluation index system of each department of A-Auto Co.,Ltd.is finally obtained.After the performance evaluation index system is completed,it puts forward safeguard measures for the implementation of the performance evaluation index system of each department of A-Auto Co.,Ltd.to promote the smooth implementation of the performance evaluation index system.This paper hopes to broaden the research ideas and methods of the performance evaluation index system of automobile enterprises through the construction of the performance evaluation index system of A-Auto Co.,Ltd.,and provide reference and reference for the future performance evaluation of automobile enterprises.
