Research On Green Building Design Of Public Rental Housing In Zhengzhou

In recent years,the talent incentive system implemented by cities has attracted and retained a large number of talents.In addition,large-scale migrant workers have flooded into cities,resulting in a sharp increase in urban population,especially in Zhengzhou,a mega-city in central China.In 2015,Zhengzhou was rated as the most densely populated city in China,with a large demand for housing.In order to meet people’s residential demand,residential buildings continue to develop at high altitudes,and residential areas continue to develop to a "large" scale.The rapid development of residential buildings will inevitably bring serious pollution and huge energy consumption.In order to solve the living problems of low-income people and the pollution problems caused by large-scale construction of residential buildings,the government,on the one hand,constructs affordable housing,on the other hand,advocates the full realization of green buildings.The government supports the construction of affordable housing to achieve green building,which has the dual significance of improving the quality of public rental housing,improving residential environment and guiding other types of buildings to achieve comprehensive green building,reducing pollution and energy waste.This paper chooses the public rental housing which has existed for the longest time and has the broadest service scope for the study of green architectural design.Firstly,through the evaluation of green buildings in public rental housing cases,building characteristics of new public rental housing in 2015 were counted,and the housing satisfaction of the public rental housing that have been put into use were conducted a survey,the problems of green buildings in Zhengzhou are found.Secondly,aiming at the problems found,the design strategies are systematically put forward from three aspects: site,building unit and indoor environment.Finally,the actual projects which reasonably adopt the above strategies are analyzed and evaluated to verify the effectiveness of the design strategy.This paper makes a systematic study of public rental housing in Zhengzhou for the first time and analyses its shortcomings from two aspects of green evaluation and field investigation.It finds that public rental housing has certain limitations in realizing green building because of its own characteristics,but there are many green building scoring items,so long as the design strategy is adopted reasonably,better scores can still be obtained.Through the study of green design strategy of public rental housing,this paper provides practical support for the overall realization of green design of public rental housing,and has reference significance for the design of other types of green buildings.
