Research On Planning And Design Strategy Based On Public Rental Housing Reality Investigation

Affordable housing meets the housing needs of urban people with housing difficulties.Since the 12 th Five-Year Plan period,it has been rapidly constructed nationwide,and public rental housing has gradually become one of the important types of affordable housing.It is currently in the critical period of the development of affordable housing during the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period(2016 to2020).Improving the construction quality of public rental housing is of great significance to improving the quality of life of low-and middle-income groups and responding to social needs.Against the background of large-scale construction needs and lack of experience,the problems of design level,living quality and construction level are exposed one by one.There is an urgent need to build a public rental housing planning and design system that meets my country's national conditions to realize the vision of "living and living".This thesis conducts a survey on the planning and design of public rental housing in my country,including the following aspects:First,summarize the development of my country's housing security system and the construction of public rental housing after the founding of the People's Republic of China;study the construction of public housing in Singapore,the Netherlands,and Japan,and sum up successful experiences from three aspects: development overview,system policies,and planning and design;Secondly,conduct real-life surveys of public rental housing in four typical cities of Nanjing,Hangzhou,Chengdu and Xi'an,collect data through field visits and questionnaires,and conduct surveys in terms of location environment,housing quality satisfaction and construction technology;And summarize the actual survey phenomenon and questionnaire results,analyze the deficiencies of existing public rental housing at the planning level,architectural level and technical level,and summarize the problems existing in the construction of public rental housing;Finally,put forward strategies for planning and designing public rental housing suitable for our country's situation,taking the Qingtangwan public rental housing project as an example,the strategy proposed in this paper is tested in practice to provide practical experience and reliable basis for the planning and design of public rental housing in the future.
