| The nationwide construction of affordable housing relying on industrial productio n is a big trend. Industrialization production method has lots of advantages, such as lo w-cost, low-carbon, low-power, high-quality, so it is a wise choice for the sustainable development residents. A number of domestic enterprises are working on the industrialr esidents by the support of national and local policies. Meanwhile, the state has set up several pilot projects in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenyang, Shenzhen and other cities to popu larize industrial technology.In recent years our country develops the PCa assembly technology once again fol lowing the prefabricated panel construction which had quality problems in1980.At pres ent, our country’s study of PCa Construction method whose main part is integration te chnologies just stated, while few is related to the assembly of the structure which nee d to be evaluated.This research is based on the particularity of large-scale, strict cost control, time-ur gent in Dalian. By transforming the constructing and design methods and using the aff ordable housing’s basic characteristics of standard and large scale, we’ll develop a ne w model of industrial production of affordable housing.Our research team participated in the R&D base of Dalian municipal government departments of industrialized housing. We cooperate with the companies owning advan ced precast concrete technology, as well as the design department. By studying the stand ard design for affordable housing and the feasibility of production process in northern1ike Liaoning province, we will establish the production system for protection of residen tial. Based on the work mentioned before our research could provide an alternative opti on for feasibility construction methods for affordable housing in Dalian. In this way,ou r research can contribute to the construction of affordable housing and the need of ho using industry development. It also provides an important basis for the further study. |
