Cost management is an crucial part of cruise engineering projects,but the level of cost management in our country's shipbuilding enterprises are relatively weak,especially the construction cost.The cruise construction cost is not only related to the construction quality and production schedule,but also has a very complex structure,which makes the amount of man-hour and material far exceed that of conventional ships,resulting in great difficulty in management.It is necessary to adopt scientific and systematic methods.However,the research on cruise construction tends to be blank.Therefore,this paper studies the estimation and optimization method of cruise welding cost based on the breakthrough point of welding with a large proportion of man-hour and material in cruise construction.Firstly,this paper summarizes the research status of cost estimation and optimization.Secondly,combining modern information technology with the concept of integration of design,construction and management,this paper deeply studies the theory of cruise welding cost estimation,and proposes a cruise welding cost estimation method based on model-based Definition(MBD).Then,according to this method,the definition and extraction of cruise design MBD data set are realized by using Smart 3D design software as the carrier.Based on this,the direct material cost estimation model,direct labor cost estimation model and manufacturing cost estimation model of cruise ship welding are established and verified by an example;Aiming at the optimization of cruise ship welding cost,the optimization strategy of cruise ship welding cost is proposed,the direct labor cost optimization model of cruise ship welding is established.The solution method of direct labor cost optimization for cruise ship welding based on improved ant colony algorithm is designed and verified by an example.Finally,the prototype system of cruise welding cost estimation and optimization is designed and developed based on the above results,which further verifies the feasibility and validity of the results in this paper.
