China’s automobile industry has made great achievements since 1956,when the first automobile came off the assembly line.After many years,with the rapid development of science and technology and the continuous improvement of automation level in China,China’s automobile industry has made great achievements.There are already many automobile production bases in China,such as Volkswagen Production Line,BMW Production Line and Mercedes-Benz Production Line,but China’s automobile industry is still in its growth stage.However,we should take innovation and development,industrial upgrading and energy conservation and environmental protection as the core,and take the deep integration of manufacturing technology and information technology as the support to realize the re-upgrading of the automation level of China’s automobile industry.At present,the attention of Chinese automobile manufacturing industry is mainly focused on production and safety control.There are relatively few studies on the program of automobile production line control system and production energy saving.As one of the important parts of production,the logic structure and conciseness of control system program play an important role in the stable operation and convenient maintenance of the program.The door control system studied and designed in this paper is developed and designed according to the specific functional requirements of the actual automobile production industry.It has the same structure as the actual production line system.It can not only be applied to the actual production site to achieve energy saving and environmental protection,stable operation of the system,simple and easy to understand procedures,but also provides convenience for production operators and has good performance.Portability and scalability can be transplanted in the same production line in other production workshops,or extended use of different production lines,improve the production system functions,eliminate system failures,and provide a IV stable and safe production environment for the automotive industry.Firstly,in order to design the door-line system,this paper needs to make a detailed analysis of the system,and understand the principle and work flow of the whole production line,as well as the system functions required by the production line and the ideal requirements of the field personnel for the production line,so as to formulate the overall design plan.Then,the core PLC of the control system designed in this paper is elaborated in detail.In the design,the hardware configurations of network components such as PLC,distributed I/O extension unit,frequency converter and upper computer are realized.The design process of software is mainly described,including safety programming,energy saving programming and multi-functional programming block design,so as to ensure safe production,simple and understandable program and stable operation of the system.Thirdly,the hardware circuit is simply described,and the design of the drawings is guaranteed to correspond to the actual situation on site.The design should not only be clear,but also be considered from the construction cost to ensure the reliability of the drawings.Secondly,the HMI design of the touch screen of the door line system is explained in detail.The example design,main screen design,alarm design and control interface design are introduced separately,following the design requirements of touch screen screenscreen,such as comprehensive function,overall layout specification,beautiful design and strong field applicability.Finally,the network communication in the door-line system is described in detail.The whole system communicates in PROFINET mode,which has the advantages of openness,flexibility,high efficiency and high performance.It provides a guarantee for the safe transmission of data in the system.The high efficiency of PROFINET can ensure the best use of available resources for users and significantly improve the availability of the system.In summary,the control system of door line of automobile assembly workshop designed has comprehensive function,stable and reliable performance,Humanized Interface design,energy-saving function,strong portability of program,convenient maintenance,strong stability,and has certain practical application value and theoretical research significance.
