Due to changing a variety of devices and saving resources of multi-function maintenance vehicle,the highway maintenance departments pay more attention to multi-function maintenance vehicle in the highway maintenance era.Each daily maintenance operation needs different power,the engine drive the small power device that caused a certain degree of power waste.With the development of energy-saving energy-saving technology of construction Machinery and equipment,it is important practical significant to research on energy-saving method of the Multi-functional road maintenance vehicle.With research on energy saving control method for Multi-functional road maintenance vehicle,the modern technology and developing trend of the equipment in both domestic and foreign area,and the main methods of energy-saving and emission reduction for engineering machinery in recent years are introduced.According to the structural characteristics and working principle of multi-functional road maintenance vehicle,vehicle driving power,climbing power, the power of high speed and six daily maintenance operation(such as snow removal, snow melt agent spraying, guardrail cleaning, sprinkling, truck mounted crane and snow removal and snow melt) are analyzed and calculated.The power matching based on engine fuel consumption rate for multi-functional road maintenance vehicle is proposed.the constant speed control of engine way is choosed. Based on analyzing the various requirements of power and torque of typical working conditions for the machine,combined with the engine fuel consumption rate,engine power is matched. The best economic working point’s of engine with respect to six daily maintenance operation are determined.And according to the energy saving scheme of engine power matching,the thesis uses the Inter control company’s DCF-I construction machinery controller to design the energy-saving control system for multi-functional road maintenance vehicle and the control effect was test.
