Gathering Platform Supported For Multi-protocol Design And Implementation

Electric energy gathering and measuring system has become the important and basic operation system in process of normal work in the electric power system. With the need of development of electric power industry, many companies develop many kinds of the electric energy gathering terminals adopting different communication protocols. The electric energy gathering platform is the important part of the electric measuring system, and it is complicated to load new protocol, there are many modifications for gathering platform software and much repetitive development and the development cycle is long(design/program/test/integration). However, whether the platform’s performance of gathering is high or low, it depends on directly stability and robustness about gather platform and protocol compoments. Therefore, it is extremely important for gathering platform to be compatible variety of communication protocol fast and conveniently.This thesis implements electric energy gathering and measuring system. It utilizes the object-oriented technology, component technology, class factory technology, and so on. We designs and realizes electric gathering platform system which can support multi-protocols. This thesis researches mainly the following contents:In view of the terminal communication protocols, we used component technology to design and realize middleware which can be compatible many kinds of communication protocol through extremely analyzing function demand of gathering platform and gathering communication protocol.That is to say, it can switch different communication protocol to one kind of unified connection protocol. Its merit as follows:1 Established one kind of communication protocol-software system structure which separates protocol from other functions of gathering platform;2 Greatly reduced the frequent revision to gathering platform bydifferent protocol;3 Simplified the system debugging and the maintenance;4 Design is easy to expand and makes the gathering platform’s serviceability stronger.Now, gathering platform designed and realized which can support multi-protocol has formed a product—“Electric Power Gathering and Measuring System”. This product has been used in Chengzhou Liyujiang Power Plant in Hunan and Power Supply Bureau in Baoji. Variety of index gathered can be all satisfied by customer’s demand.
