In recent years,the domestic economic development environment has been continuously optimized and the economy has been growing steadily.The industry has been booming and the competitiveness of foreign trade enterprises has been increasing.At the same time,the multipolar development of the world has been deepening.The economic growth momentum of many countries and regions has been strengthened,and the global economy is continuing to recover.Under the guidance of good policies such as "one belt and one road" and export tax rebate,China’s foreign trade enterprises still maintain stable and sustainable development.However,we should also realize that in China,rising costs and fierce competition in the same industry also affect the development of China’s foreign trade.At the same time,under the influence of unstable international environment,trade protectionism,green trade barriers and other adverse factors,export enterprises are also facing unprecedented pressure and challenges.As a typical export processing enterprise,M company belongs to a typical labor-intensive industry in outdoor leisure products and supplies industry.Facing the strong competitive pressure at home and abroad,transformation is imperative.Therefore,M company must seize the opportunity and overcome the challenge at the same time.This article mainly from the industry present situation,the main market of outdoor leisure furniture and furnishings is distributed in developed countries and regions such as Europe,America and East Asia.Domestic outdoor leisure furniture belongs to the sunrise industry,its main production base is located in the Yangtze River Delta,Pearl River Delta and the coastal areas of North China.According to the current situation of the industry combined with the actual situation of M Company,from the aspects of enterprise management problems and business model,and through the macro-environment analysis and SWOT analysis of the main market of M Company,it is concluded that the enterprise should seize the opportunity to expand the production scale.The marketing strategy direction of opening up international market.Finally,combined with the existing enterprises of M Company,By using 4p marketing strategy,this paper analyzes its product strategy,pricing strategy,channel strategy and promotion strategy,and obtains the export marketing strategy suitable for M enterprise.M Company should be on the basis of the original.To develop environmental protection products to avoid the risk of trade barriers and to increase the added value of products;On the price side,we should adopt the differential price strategy;in the channel aspect,we should expand the cross-border e-commerce platform on the basis of consolidating the original;in the promotion aspect,we should increase the investment in the Internet platform,increase the product exposure,and enhance the brand visibility.Finally,some suggestions on the safeguard measures for the smooth implementation of the strategy are put forward to M Company,hoping that these suggestions will be helpful to the enterprise and can be used for reference by other similar export-oriented small and medium-sized enterprises.In order to improve the international competitiveness of China’s manufactured products,China has become a trading power at an early date.
