Among all flight modes,flapping-wing flight mode has its special advantages: the flapping process of wings,while providing lift and thrust,wing movement can perfect the combination of lift and thrust,high energy utilization.When birds fly,they can sense the direction of air flow around them,and use the updraft to realize gliding flight.The inspiration of bionic flapping-wing aircraft design comes from the flight mode adopted by flying organisms in nature.It requires a combination of light-weight,high-strength materials,microelectromechanical control system,flexible and reliable flapping mechanism and other multidisciplinary knowledge.Because the bionic flapping-wing aircraft has good concealment performance,can take off and land in a small range,and has certain commercial value in military and civil areas.So this paper designs a single-joint flapping bionic flapping-wing aircraft based on bionics knowledge.Firstly,by consulting the relevant papers of bionic flapping-wing aircraft research,we have a certain overall concept for the design and development of bionic flapping-wing aircraft,and at the same time,we understand the technical level of the development of bionic flapping-wing aircraft at home and abroad.According to the literature research,it is found that the design of bionic flapping-wing aircraft is challenging,and the design and research contents of the whole paper are preliminarily determined.Then,combined with the knowledge of biomimetics,the mystery of flying birds in nature is analyzed based on the biomimetic design blueprint.By comparing,it is concluded that birds have flexible flying ability because of their own body structure characteristics.At the same time,it can provide some reference for the design of bionic flapping-wing aircraft in the later stage of the paper,such as weight reduction,drag reduction,lift increase and so on.Thirdly,this paper focuses on the design of small bionic flapping-wing aircraft,using pigeons as the reference design blueprint.In the whole design and development of bionic flapping-wing aircraft,the main contents are: the design of double-wing flapping mechanism,the design of gear transmission system,the design of tail-wing control system,the design of avionics control system and the overall skin appearance design.The mathematical kinematics equation model of the important flapping motive of the bionic flapping wing aircraft was built and simulated with ADAMS virtual prototype bionic software.Finally,using the above design results,the whole assembly of bionic flapping-wing aircraft three-dimensional digital model,and the flapping-wing aircraft for rendering design and related important parts to draw processing CAD drawings.
