In the existing way of flight(fixed wing flight,rotor and the flapping wing flight),the flapping wing flight is the most perfect way of flying,flying creatures of nature all adopt the flapping wing flight mode.Due to the flatting wings up and down which can produce the mainly aerodynamic force(lift and thrust),with the air high flexibility,flying high efficiency,without taking off and landing runway,etc.Bionic flapping wing flight vehicle design inspiration to the flight of biological nature of the flapping wing flight mode,its integration of mems,micro control system,new materials,and other cutting-edge technology in the integration of advanced micro flying robot,in the military field and civilian field has been widely used,is a research hotspot in recent years.To black-headed gull for bionic design,this paper design the efficiency of the bionic flapping wing flight vehicle of ability to fly.Firstly,read the consulting a large number of domestic and foreign research on bionic flapping wing flight vehicle literature,understand the current research hot spot of the flapping wing flight direction and technical level reached by a flight performance.From the reference literature,found that the current problems existing in the design of the flapping wing flight vehicle,refine their research contents,research and determine the meaning of the source and destination.Secondly,refer to the principle of bionics and comprehensive analyses the structure characteristics of birds flying in nature.O bserving nature birds flying,summarizes its flight a high lift mechanism,weight loss,rising,drag reduction,energy conservation is a key factor to ensure efficient flight,is also the future bionics flapping wing flight robot needs to solve the key pro blems.Thirdly,black-headed gull as bionic design,the overall design of bionic flapping wing flight vehicle.Mainly contains motion mechanism design,wings parameter design,the design of the control system design and the overall appearance of skin.Bionic flapping wing flight vehicle motion mechanism are: the flapping mechanism,wings folding outside agencies and tail swing.Flapping mechanism adopts multi-link multi degree of freedom in design,can better bionic bird wing tips "eight" word trajectory,s o that the bionic flapping wing flight vehicle flying more lift and thrust.In the work agencies,various design,using mathematical software MATLAB and ADMAS bionic virtual prototype software simulation analysis on its motion mechanism optimization.After the simulation optimization,the motion mechanism of flutter law can better simulate the real bird wing flutter modality.Finally,according to the simulation of optimized design size,improve the 3 d model of the bionic flapping wing flight vehicle.And the whole design frame structure based on the bionic flapping wing flight vehicle weight loss and skin appearance design,provide a certain basis for the physical prototype post-production.
