Perfect project management is indispensable in the process of project investment and construction.With the continuous expansion of the field of management,a sound knowledge system has been formed and widely used in nine areas,such as time management.At present,project management is still facing some shortcomings in domestic cement engineering field,especially in progress management.Therefore,at this stage,project management will focus on how to adopt a reasonable plan to effectively speed up the construction process of cement engineering and ensure that it can be completed smoothly in accordance with the stipulated time limit.Heilongjiang Binzhou Cement Co.,Ltd.is a large-scale cement production enterprise invested and constructed in response to the call of the state to revitalize the old industrial base in Northeast China.As Suihua cement grinding station is a large-scale project with high quality standards and large quantities of projects,in order to manage the progress of the project as a whole,it is necessary to formulate reasonable progress plan and control management in the construction process to ensure that the construction project of Suihua cement grinding station is completed on schedule and to promote the further development of Pennsylvania cement company.In this paper,Suihua cement grinding station project as the main research subject,combined with the specific theory and practical methods of project management,based on a series of links in its investment and construction,analysis and exploration.Mainly in order to use scientific and rational new management tools to effectively control the progress of project construction,analyze the problems in the implementation process,and take effective control measures to control the progress plan of all stages of the project.At first,the author makes progress plan on the basis of network chart,and establishes the core plan of all stages;then,around the core route,the author makes effective arrangements for all the process of project construction,and makes more perfect adjustments to the progress plan,so as to improve the construction efficiency;finally,the author makes further control of the progress,optimizes and adjusts it at any time according to its variability.Under the premise of strong safeguard measures,the project will meet the quality requirements in an all-round way and successfully accomplish the planned objectives within a reasonable period of time.At the same time,it provides some guidance and reference for similar project schedule planning and control.
