As a pedestrian commercial street in the old city,it carries the historical context of the city and reflects the city's past life pattern.At present,due to the impact of e-commerce and changes in consumer behavior,only the streets alone can not support the commercial development of the old city,so that it continues to mobilize vitality.Expanded to the regional pedestrian street mode,it can rely on the multi-scale walking space in the streets and all kinds of consumption,commercial,historical resources and landscape greening to maximize the economic effects.China's economic development has entered a new normal of speed shift,structural adjustment and power conversion.The economic structure and growth momentum are undergoing fundamental changes.Only by complying with the general trend of consumption upgrading,further tapping the consumption potential,promoting consumption upgrading,and actively To cultivate new kinetic energy with new consumption as the main body,we can promote the orderly transformation of new and old power and realize structural optimization and upgrading.Based on the perspective of neighborhoods serving consumers,this paper studies the pedestrian flow block of Huaihe Road in Hefei,the middle of Hefei Old Town,and observes the flow of people at high altitudes to obtain the flow map of people.Counting the number of shopping,walking,watching,rest,eating,and staying in several major consumer behaviors in the crowded area,the first three behaviors were found to have a larger proportion,with the largest proportion of walking.As far as the consumer groups are concerned,after 80 s and 90 s,they gradually became the main force of consumption.The number of youth groups is higher than that of middle-aged groups,and the purchasing power is lower than that of middle-aged groups.For the purpose of travel,leisure and entertainment,tourism,catering,Shopping behavior is the four main purposes.The proportion of the top three is increasing.The consumption and personalization trends in the consumer era are overwhelming.Consumers pay more attention to the quality of goods and space,while paying attention to the space of interaction between people.In-depth research to explore the basic status of historical buildings,parking lots,idle resources,etc.in the Huaihe Road block,issue questionnaires and refer to the evaluation of the review APP,obtain the consumer satisfaction survey form,combined with the observed data and conclusions,from traffic,historical resources,The implementationstrategy of the vitality regeneration of the pedestrian commercial district in the old city is carried out in four aspects of the business environment and the space environment.Traffic focuses on the construction of a slow walking system,historical resources focus on material and non-material cultural experiences,business aspects focus on compound development,and space environment focuses on quality and characteristics.Since the old city is not suitable for large-scale changes,the core idea of the update is to use micro-renovation methods such as micro-reconstruction,micro-circulation strategy in transportation,format and space.The transformation and development of the old city also requires a variety of security strategies,through the multi-channel funds,public participation and batch-wise incremental update of several security strategies to achieve the vitality of the pedestrian zone in the old city.
