The Impact Of Residential Street Space On Resident Satisfaction From Tne Perspective Of Neighbourhood Effect

Street is the basic structure of a city system,which affects people's first impression of the city.In recent years,with the rapid development of the city,motor vehicles have gradually become the standard to measure the street scale,and people's sense of experience in the street has gradually weakened.With the improvement of our national economic level,the quality of life and living environment have been paid more and more attention.As a public space connecting housing and city,the improvement of the environmental quality of residential street is an important part of urban construction.Therefore,it is an indispensable link in the study of residential streets to take residents' satisfaction as the evaluation standard,analyze the elements of residential street space that affect residents' satisfaction,and improve the quality of residential street space environment.Residential street is one of the most frequently used channels for daily walking.Select it as the research object,can intuitively find,analyze and solve problems,and then meet the needs of residents for the use of residential street space.Firstly,this paper analyzes the elements of residential street space from the four aspects of interface,facilities,greening and function,takes the residents' satisfaction as the evaluation system of residential street,and evaluates it from the five aspects of convenience,comfort,safety,appreciation and communication.Combined with the neighborhood effect theory excluding the impact of individual characteristics of residents,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the impact of residents' living environment on residents and the research methods of multilayer linear regression model,and discusses what factors of residential street space have an important impact on Residents' satisfaction.Finally,combined with the analysis results and the actual situation of street design in Shenzhen,the paper puts forward optimization suggestions for improving the quality of residential streets.In this paper,five typical residential streets in Nanshan District of Shenzhen city are selected.Through field survey and questionnaire,the components of residential streets,individual characteristics of residents and evaluation indicators of residents' satisfaction are obtained,and descriptive comparative analysis is carried out.Then use single factor analysis of variance,multiple linear regression analysis,multi-layer linear regression analysis to analyze the influence of individual characteristics of residents and the components of residential street space on the difference of residents' satisfaction,compare and judge the interpretation and influence degree of residential street space on the difference of residents' satisfaction,and select the important components for analysis.The results show that the nine key factors that affect the residents' satisfaction are street pavement materials and sidewalk parking space density,which are the most widely influencing factors and are more important than other street factors.Therefore,combined with the results of data analysis,this paper summarizes Suggestions for improving residents' satisfaction with residential streets optimization,hoping to provide some reference for future residential street space research and planning and design.
