In recent years,through the development and progress of society,the theory that innovation is the first driving force for development has become more and more important,and it plays an important role in the construction of the entire economic system.At the same time,in the report of the party’s "18th National Congress",the development strategy of "innovation-driven" was put forward accordingly,and the innovation and development were upgraded to the level of national development.With the increasingly tight oil supply and rising oil prices,the search for alternative energy sources will become the future direction of automobile development.Countries are competing to develop new energy automobile industries,and they all want to occupy new energy vehicles in advance,and new energy vehicles will become the future.The inevitable choice of the development of the automobile industry in various countries is the main direction of the future automobile transformation.The Ministry of Science and Technology launched the electric vehicle plan in 2001,which pointed out the direction for the future development of China’s new energy automobile industry.Firstly,through the combing of the literature,this paper studies the related theories of supply chain collaborative innovation,including collaborative innovation and supply chain collaborative innovation.On this basis,it analyzes the supply chain collaborative innovation model and the factors affecting the supply chain collaborative innovation.The research status of new energy vehicles is summarized.Then,through the research and analysis of the supply chain collaborative innovation model system,this paper determines the two new energy vehicle supply chain collaborative innovation models,and analyzes the characteristics of the two supply chain collaborative innovation models to determine the impact on the supply chain.The two dimensions of the collaborative innovation model are used to segment the variables,and the influencing factors model of the new energy vehicles is constructed by summarizing the system components of the new energy vehicles and the core technologies.Finally,through QCA,the influencing factors and influencing factors of the new energy vehicle supply chain collaborative innovation model are analyzed.The QCA method is first described,the feasibility of selecting the method is determined,and the case samples and datacollection required for the study are determined.Secondly,determine the antecedent variables and the outcome variables.According to the factors affecting the collaborative innovation model of the new energy vehicle supply chain in Chapter 3,the causal variables and the outcome variables are assigned correspondingly,and then the truth table is constructed and analyzed by QCA software.Analyze and interpret the results of the operation and draw conclusions.The analysis in this paper shows that,first,the supply chain collaborative innovation model dominated by the manufacturer has one of the progressive technology,the subversive technology and the demand dimension.Second,the supplier-led supply chain collaborative innovation model has the conditions that there are no incremental technologies,and other antecedents have multiple possibilities and combinations.Third,whether or not there is progressive technology is the main factor affecting the collaborative innovation model of enterprise supply chain.Fourth,among the two dimensions of technology and demand,the technology dimension has a greater impact on the supply chain collaborative innovation model.
