Research On Safety Management Of D Airline Operation Control System

In recent years,with the improvement of China’s social and economic level and the support of national policies,the civil aviation industry has achieved rapid development.Compared with other modes of transportation,it is faster to travel by plane,which can achieve short-term cross-regional operation,and even reach other areas where ground transportation is difficult to reach.Therefore,air travel has attracted more and more people’s attention and choice.The safety of civil aviation transportation has always been the focus of public opinion and discussion.In the civil aviation industry,safety has always been at the top of the operation.In the past,compared with developed countries,our civil aviation industry has the disadvantages of late start and limited development.However,with the continuous support of national policies and technologies,and the continuous improvement of China’s civil aviation industry safety management concepts and awareness,China’s civil aviation is now among the best in the world,both in terms of the scale of civil aviation development and the level of safety management.Civil aviation transportation is a huge system,in addition to flight,crew,maintenance,air traffic management and airports,there is also an unknown department,namely operational control.Operational control has now evolved into the core department of the airline.It is the command center for its daily operations.It is responsible for coordinating and handling the release and monitoring of flight operations.It is also the decision-making body for centralized handling of flight irregularities and emergency events.The core and key links of safety management construction.Therefore,analyzing the existing operational control safety management system,discussing and exploring the improvement and improvement of the safety management level can further promote the level of the airline’s overall safety management system.Based on the theory of safety management system(SMS),this paper takes the example of excellent safety management system construction in civil aviation industry at home and abroad as the background,and conducts research on the construction of D airline’s operation and control safety management system through questionnaires and interviews.This paper analyzes in detail the problems existing in the construction of D airline’s operation control safety management system,namely: safety culture,personal safety quality,employee safety report information,human resources and safety prevention and control system.Through the analysis of the status quo and causes,combined with the development direction of D airline’s construction planning,the author has established a positive safety culture,strengthened safety training,improved employee safety information processing,improved human resource system construction and strengthened safety prevention and control system.In terms of construction,etc.,suggestions for improvement and specific implementation plans are proposed.Through the analysis and discussion of the construction of the operational control safety management system,it can effectively improve the level of safety construction from the aspects of personnel,equipment,environment and management.The Safety Management System(SMS)is a huge system engineering.From the perspective of operational control,it studies the implementation and improvement of safety management,which has promoted the construction of the safety management system of airlines and even civil aviation.
