Research On Quality Management Evaluation Of Procurement Materials For Power Engineering Projects

In order to better serve the sustainable development of modern economy and society.the rapid development of China's power grid construction,the increasingly high voltage level of project construction,the increasingly large scale of power grid,the increasingly strong interconnection and intelligent level,the continuous improvement of the capacity,distance and efficiency of power grid transmission,and the continuous enhancement of the scope and capacity of power grid optimization energy allocation With a large number of power construction projects,the investment in power grid is increasing,and the scale of procurement materials for power engineering projects is increasing year by year.Good quality management of procurement materials is an important guarantee to ensure the orderly implementation of power engineering project construction activities.Firstly,this paper introduces the research background of power project procurement material quality management.And it studies the theory and reality meaning,the basic theory and literature about procurement management,quality management,comprehensive evaluation methods and other topics at home and abroad,and summarizes them.Then it introduces the processes and characteristics of power engineering project procurement material quality management.Based on the current situation of the lack of scientific,effective and reasonable evaluation system for power engineering project procurement material quality management,this paper innovatively establishes the index evaluation system and model for the whole process of power engineering project procurement material quality management from the perspective of project management,and uses AHP to determine the weight of each evaluation index.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to combine the qualitative and quantitative methods to solidify the comprehensive evaluation process of procurement material quality management of power engineering project.Taking the new project of JN Bowen 110kV substation as an example,the effectiveness and practicability of the evaluation index system and model are verified,the key factors affecting the quality management of purchased materials of the project are analyzed from the evaluation results,and then the weak points in the management process are found out,and suggestions for management improvement are put forward.This paper constructs an evaluation system and model for the quality management of procurement materials of power engineering projects,which not only provides a scientific,effective and reasonable method,but also provides a reference for the continuous improvement of the quality management of procurement materials of power engineering projects,which is of great significance to the promotion of the company's core competitiveness and sustainable and healthy development.
