| The Inner Mongolia autonomous region is vast,land area accounts for 12% of the total land area of our country.The Inner Mongolia is the largest span from east to west in china,which across the northeast,north and northwest regions of china,and the straight line distance is more than 2400 km from east to west.The large span from east to west cause the inconvenience of materials and personnel exchanges between the east and west.So the importance of building a comprehensive transportation network which can link the eastern and western regions and produce bond effect is highlighted.As the rise of the economic circle of "Hohhot,Baotou and Ordos",the western region of the autonomous region embark on the fast track of economic development,and becom the most highlights areas in China’s economic growth in recent years.Due to the lack of convenient railway channel from east to west,the internal material and personnel exchanges of the autonomous region are suppressed,the demonstration and radiation effect about the economic development of the west Inner Mongolia to the east Inner Mongolia is weakened,which aggravate the imbalance of regional economic development.Therefore,Xilinhaote to Erenhot railway as an important part of the northern auxiliary Channel which is a part of the grand railway corridor in Inner Mongolia autonomous region from east to west has great significance to the development of the regional economy.At the same time,the line passing through the border ethnic minorities area,it also plays an important role in enhancing national unity and strengthening national defense.In this paper,firstly,based on the theory of railway alignment selection and comprehensive evaluation theory and consulted the relevant information and refer to a large number of relevant documents,the evaluation index is determined that the principle of the evaluation index system can be satisfied,and it can reflect the evaluation index of the characteristics of the variant projects of railway location of the Xilinhaote to Erenhot railway and the strengths and weaknesses of program.According to these indexes,the optimization index system of the Xilinhaote to Erenhot railway route scheme is established.Secondly,combined with the characteristics of the Xilinhaote to Erenhot railway route scheme and index in the optimization index system,the weight of each index in the index system is determined by entropy value method of theobjective weigh method,and adopting the imodified osculating value method as the optimization method of the Xilinhaote to Erenhot railway route scheme,then combining the theory of entropy weight and the theory of osculation value,the mathematical model of the optimal route scheme based on cosculating value method line scheme optimization model which is a optimization model of route scheme based on osculating value method is established.Finally,three alternatives included the south scheme and the middle scheme and the north scheme of the Xilinhaote to Erenhot railwaytrend scheme are compared and analyzed,the south scheme is considered to be a serious disadvantage,after the study to give up.The middle scheme and the north scheme are comprehensively evaluated and optimized,by the optimization index system of the Xilinhaote to Erenhot railway route scheme and the optimization model of route scheme based on osculating value method,the final results show that the middle scheme is the optimal scheme,the result is in conformity with the actual situation,it is proved that this model has a certain practical application value. |
