With the development of since technology and economic globalization, the competition among the enterprises is becoming more and fiercer. The survival and development of an enterprise mostly depends on its quality management. The very important topic of high-tech enterprises is how to combine the since of quality, information technology and advanced management concepts, for the establishment of quality management information system, to promote the quality of products.The electronic controlled high-pressure common-rail system is an important way to help the diesel engine to meet upwards of the EuroⅢEmission Standard. The precision of common-rail parts is the highest of modern mechanic industry, for this reason, the quality management of common-rail parts is becoming very important. In China, the count of enterprises which mastery of common-rail technology or fetch in this area is few, so we don’t have seen the succeed example of quality management information system for the common-rail parts.This thesis will research and build the quality management information system for the common-rail parts, which will be the foundation of the industrialization of high-pressure common-rail parts.This thesis introduces the basic concept of quality management information system (QMIS). Analyze the QMIS’s deficiency of the research institute which is manual. Furthermore, thinks of the request of TS 16949 to the QMIS, analyze the requirement of the QMIS for the common-rail parts. Finally, put forward the system structure and function model of the QMIS.This thesis focus on these two subsystems: the Statistical Process Control(SPC)quality management subsystems and the clamp & measure management subsystems. According to the result of researching the theory of SPC quality management,analyzing the characteristic of common-rail parts, put forward the function model of SPC quality management subsystem, explains how to achieve the purpose of the model with computer technology. This subsystem can manage the quality of semi-manufactured goods from productive cooperation, furthermore, it can analyze and judgement the statistical control state with Control Chart and Capability Process Key index. If any problem happened, it should give alarm with E-Mail and the identifier of process state, so the technicians can arrive to the workshop as quickly as possible. According to the result of the Control Chart, the technicians should research the reason of the problem and solve it before the waster was made. After that, the technicians should feed back the result to the SPC subsystem,we can promote the quality of products in this PDCA circle and achieve our purpose.The accomplishment of researching in this thesis has been formed a software, which named Quality Management Information System for High-pressure Common-rail Parts. This system has been implemented in Wuxi Fuel Injection Equipment Research Institute, advanced the quality of common-rail parts, yielded favorable impact.
