As a new type of motor,SRM has attracted extensive attention and research in recent thirty years because of its strong construction,simple structure,low production cost,large starting torque,flexible control mode and many other advantages.Nowadays,SRM is used in electric vehicle drive systems,household appliances,industrial manufacturing,high-speed transmission and many other fields.Because SRM is a double convex structure and adopts high frequency switching power drive circuit,noise and vibration become the most prominent problem,which seriously limits the application range of SRM.Therefore,how to suppress noise and vibration is the primary problem to be solved in the design of SRM.But most of the references on SRM vibration research are based on the background of high-power large-scale motor.However,the research of high-speed SRM vibration and noise for small household appliances is very little.This paper takes high-speed SRM's vibration and noise reduction used for small household appliances as the research background to design a SRM which is suitable for small appliances.On the basis of taking advantage of the characteristics of SRM,the design parameters of SRM will be optimized to reduce vibration and noise.Firstly,the paper gives a brief introduction of SRM and analyses status of SRM at home and abroad and its application in the field of small household appliances.Secondly,the paper describes the working principle and basic theory of SRM,and analyses the inductance,flux chains and current waveform under ideal linear model.Thirdly,according to the design requirements and the previous experience of designing similar motors,the paper determines the basic design flow of SRM,explains the whole design process in detail,and obtains the initial size parameters of the SRM prototype.And the research uses the finite element Maxwell simulation software to model and simulate the SRM,and constructs the inductance,flux linkage,radial force curve which change with current and rotor angle position.And it modifies the parameters of air gap,stator yoke thickness and stator pole arc in SRM to find the rules of its influence on vibration and noise,and to find the optimal design parameters,so as to determine the final required parameters of the prototype.Then,based on the inductance,flux linkage,and radial force curve obtained by finite element simulation,the research establishes the nonlinear prototype simulation model and builds the simulation model of speed regulation system.At the same time,the paper uses the mechanical impedance method to simulate and analyse the vibration acceleration,and verifies the fact that the switched reluctance prototype can reduce the noise and the vibration within the requirement of the subject.Finally,the paper uses the experimental prototype to further verify the improvement goal reached in this paper.
