Research On Dynamic Control Of Construction Cost Based On BIM Technology

In recent years,engineering construction projects have presented a comprehensive and complex trend,and the construction process is highly dynamic,which puts higher requirements on the cost control level of construction enterprises.With the promotion of building information reform in the country,the construction industry has gradually applied BIM(Building Informatization Model)technology,but relying solely on BIM 3D model can not effectively realize construction cost control,so the time dimension and capital dimension will be added to the BIM 3D model.,extended to BIM five-dimensional is BIM5 D.In this paper,the construction of the cost control system based on BIM5 D technology is used to solve the problems of unconventional construction cost control,long control period and difficult information collection.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)This paper expounds the theory of BIM technology and the related theoretical methods of dynamic control of construction cost,and improves the earned value method applicable to cost dynamic control.The analysis of the problems existing in the dynamic control of traditional construction costs and the application advantages of introducing BIM5 D technology into construction cost control have formed a stark contrast,providing a strong support for the introduction of BIM5 D technology for cost control activities during the construction phase.(2)BIM5D technology can solve the technical barriers existing in cost dynamic control of the construction phase of traditional construction projects.Through the design and construction cost dynamic management and control organization to ensure the smooth implementation of the system,as well as the BIM5 D construction process and model specifications,the working principle and process of the construction cost dynamic control system are introduced,and the construction cost dynamic control system based on BIM technology is established.The system dynamically analyzes the construction cost and how to use the improved earned value method to dynamically analyze the construction cost,monitor the alarm and correct the deviation.(3)Based on the actual engineering situation,the construction cost dynamic control system based on BIM5 D technology is implemented to verify the application value of the cost dynamic control system.
