The engineering cost risk management of traditional projects often only exists in the construction stage. With the advent of the big data era,the formation and development of various architectural models, the risk management of traditional construction cost can not meet the development needs. The whole process management of engineering cost brought by the whole process model is used by more large-scale construction projects. From the perspective of cost and risk management in the whole process mode, combined with the prevailing phenomenon of the current project, this paper proposes the relationship between cost and risk in the whole process mode, which is to manage the risk of project cost.Firstly, based on the commonly used risk identification methods and general risk identification steps, the risk of affecting the cost of the whole process mode is identified and statistic;then the analytic hierarchy process is used to discriminate the identified risks, and the cost is affected in the whole process mode.Risk factor weight value;according to the weight value, the risk affecting the cost is reasonably divided, and the early warning interval of different stages is formed, and different measures are adopted for different intervals, thereby improving the management level of the cost risk in the whole process mode;Case, based on the above theory, empirical analysis,on the one hand to verify the scientific and rationality of risk management affecting cost in the whole process mode of this paper,on the other hand,to provide risk to Qingdao Victoria Bay in different stages of the whole process mode The corresponding management measures provide reference for cost management of other projects under the whole process mode.
