Research On Improvement Of Construction Quality Management Of YF Housing Project

The quality of housing construction is one of the standards to measure whether the housing construction is qualified or not.At the same time,the quality and safety of housing construction has a great impact on people’s property safety and personal safety.In the process of on-site construction management,Developers often in order to pursue economic benefits,shorten the construction period,thus ignoring the quality management,leading to frequent housing quality accidents.Taking the construction quality management of YF residential project as the research background,according to the current situation of YF residential project quality management,this paper finds out the existing problems of quality management,analyzes the causes of the problems,and puts forward the corresponding improvement methods and guarantee measures.In this thesis,first of all,according to the current situation of YF housing project construction quality management in various stages,combined with the theory of construction quality control of housing construction,to find out the problems of construction quality management in five aspects of personnel,materials,machinery,methods and environment,and to adopt the method of fish-bone diagram analysis,the four reasons are unstable external environment,lack of quality supervision,imperfect project quality management and control system,and low quality of project employees.Then the PDCA cycle method is used to improve the quality management of the project,and finally the quality improvement measures are constructed to guarantee the improvement measures from four aspects: Organization,personnel,technology and cultural system.This thesis focuses on the improvement measures of construction quality management,using PDCA cycle theory design scheme to improve the whole process of project construction quality management,it is proposed that quality management should be carried out according to the preparation stage,implementation stage,completion stage and node completion stage,and improvement measures should be put forward for the quality problems in different stages so as to continuously improve the project quality,so that the overall quality level of the project in the cycle of gradual improvement.This thesis studies the improvement of construction quality management of YF housing project,reflects the common problems in construction quality management of engineering project,and puts forward effective solutions,it can be used for reference to further improve the quality management of engineering project in the future.
