Study On The Planning And Practice Of The Pastoral Complex And Its Evaluation System

In recent years,the state has attached great importance to the development of rural economy,attached importance to the development of leisure agriculture and rural tourism,and through the structural reform of agricultural supply side,the original single production mode in rural areas has been transformed into a comprehensive production mode.At this time,the idyllic complex of livable,suitable,suitable,and suitable for travel came into being.Through the literature reading method,case analysis method,field investigation method and other research methods,this paper summarizes the planning and construction ideas of the pastoral complex,and then completes the project practice with theory and practice.On this basis,a comprehensive evaluation system for rural complexes will be established.The main main research and work results completed are as follows:First,through the literature reading,the definition of the pastoral complex is sorted out,and its definition is made.It is believed that the rural complex is mainly composed of agriculture,cultural travel and community.And to analyze the related concepts.Analyze the policy development process,basic characteristics and planning types of the rural complex,and complete the basic research of the rural complex.Secondly,by analyzing the case studies of the ecological farms in Hanshan County and the Jiangsu Hope Flower Dance,the advantages and shortcomings of the analysis are analyzed from the case,so as to summarize the ideas for the construction of the rural complex.The study found that agricultural construction should reflect local characteristics,highlight modernization,focus on experience and sustainable development:the construction of cultural tourism should create a variety of tourism modes and functions,pay attention to cultural performance;community construction should focus on infrastructure construction,clear community functions,and actively build society Interactive space.Thirdly,this paper proposes a further and in-depth discussion on how the planning theory can be applied to the actual practice of the planning and practice of the Jinhong Ecological Farm in Fuyang.Through theory and practice,it is explained how the rural complex can be planned and designed from three aspects:agriculture,cultural tourism and community.Fourthly,the establishment of the pastoral comprehensive evaluation system by consulting domestic excellent cases and research results.On the one hand,it provides support for the planning and construction ideas of the pastoral complex.By determining the weight of the evaluation indicators,the key content of the comprehensive construction of the pastoral area can be further clarified.On the other hand,a relatively objective evaluation was made on the ecological farms in Hanshan County,Jiangsu Hope Flower Dance,and Jinhong Ecological Farm.The scores were 62,85,and 86,respectively,which made the evaluation of the rural complex fully quantified.
