New energy sources are connected to the power grid on a large scale,and their strong randomness and uncertainty bring great challenges to the grid connection.In order to absorb new energy,enhancing the variable load operation capability of the thermal power unit,especially using the unit heat storage to improve the peaking operation capability of the heating unit,is an effective method to alleviate the current grid-connected power grid.The supercritical heating unit participating in power grid peak shaving is taken as the research object,and the flexible coordinated control system is designed.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the steam storage system of the unit(including the boiler heat storage and condensate heat storage),the heat storage energy that can be used to participate in peak shaving is quantitatively calculated.Then,the object characteristics of the supercritical heating unit are analyzed.The boiler side uses the mature model of the research group,and the steam turbine side is based on the pure condensing unit,the LV valve,the EV valve and the circuit of intermediate pressure cylinder exhaust are added to establish a supercritical heating unit model.Finally,the flexible control theories are summarized and analyzed,and the flexible control is divided into the variable parameter flexible control and the variable structure flexible control.When a unit adopts the variable parameter flexible control,the control effect can be improved by changing the relevant parameters,thereby achieving better control quality.The variable structure flexibility control is to meet the diversity of control objectives by changing the overall control structure.After theoretical analysis,formula derivation,simulation and on-site debugging,the reliability of flexible control is verified.The control strategy and quality of each heating unit are compared and analyzed,and the overall optimal control is taken as the goal.The flexible coordination control system of Inner Mongolia KBS supercritical heating unit is designed.Field experiments and long-term operation proves the effectiveness of the control scheme.
