In recent years, with the Chinese government has issued a series of fiscal and tax policies to support the new energy vehicle industry, the industry has been booming. After many years of market cultivation, the new energy automobile industry will gradually usher in a period of rapid growth. However, with the reduction of state subsidies and local subsidies, the transformation and development of new energy automobile enterprises in the next two years is particularly important.Whether the supportive policies of our government have promoted the development of new energy industry. How China's new energy companies should reduce their dependence on government subsidies and strengthen and improve themselves through subsidies in the final stage are issues that deserve our research. Therefore, the research in this paper helps the government and companies to understand the implementation effect of the financial subsidy policies in these years, and on the other hand,it is necessary for companies s to prepare for the challenges after the subsidies have subsided.Based on the data of the financial statements of JAC from 2013 to 2017,this paper studies the impact of government financial subsidies on the profitability, operating capacity and development capacity of JAC.Firstly, the background and significance of this study and the research status of scholars at home and abroad are introduced. Then it introduces the relevant theory of government subsidy, and analyses the current situation of JAC financial subsidy, including the motivation, scale and mode of subsidy.Next,it makes a comparative analysis of JAC in the horizontal and vertical direction. The sixth part studies the impact of financial subsidies on the current financial performance of JAC.Finally, based on the analysis of the previous chapters,we draw conclusions and give relevant suggestions from the perspective ofcompanies and governments.
