With the growing of global population and economic scale, environmental protection and fossil energy are facing severe pressure. In this backdrop, energy transformation and industrial revitalization is imperative.And developing new energy particularly the pure electric vehicle is a significant breakthrough in energy saving. An important prerequisite for the application of large-scale introduction of electric vehicles is to build an intelligent charging of electric vehicles for electricity network.The article mentions an energy supplied mode based on the charge of standard battery through the research of construction mode of energy exchanging station for electrical cars, that is, the conception of mobile grid. It is vital to study how to form large and medium charging stations, service points for battery change and standard AC/DC charging piles, comprising a three-layer service network. And according to the development guideline of electrical cars in Hangzhou City, based on the construction of concentrated charging station and building of medium and small charging station and distributing station in advantage of urban synthesis, finally forming a intellectual network which is especially used to charge and distribute energy uniformly, and also can be used for energy exchange.Also, the paper has comprehensive analysis of economic benefits on the two charging station construction, centralized charging and distribution patterns, and puts forward of the scope of the two charging station construction as well as the planning and construction ideas for the charge for electricity stations. On this basis, considering with the specific situation in Hang Zhou, it import studies those typical designs of electric vehicle filling stations which rely on office buildings, and large parking lots and some other public facilities. It’s potential to speed up the technical preparations of the electronic service network construction in order to improve utilization efficiency of the social resource and shorten process of the wider application of electric vehicles socialization.Finally, the article has the social and economic benefits analysis for the charge for electricity network, and gives a simple discussion on further research directions in the future.
