| With the deepening of the new electricity reform,social capital has been allowed to set up power selling conpanies and enter the power selling side market.More types of power selling colpanies have emerged in China’s electricity market.As the main body of emerging markets,power companies are closely related to power grid enterprises in the implementation of power sales business.Their credit level will directly affect the operating efficiency of power grid enterprises.Howeverlfacing the electricity market with uneven credit status,the lack of a scientific and reasonable credit evaluation systel may directly lead to the grid enterprises unable to provide targeted differenliated service management measures according to the credit level of the electricity companies.This leads to loss of high-quality customers and waste of marketing resources,and brings economic losses to itself.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to evaluate objectively and rationally the credit of the electricity selling companies in the new electricity reform and put forward corresponding differentiated service management strategies to realize the accurate latching of marketing resources.Based on the analysis of the status quo of credit evaluation and differential service management,this paper studies the following contents:Firstly,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the credit level of power selling companies under the new electricity reform environment,and establishes the sales of power selling companies in six aspects:basic conditions,trustworthiness ability,trustworthiness intention,trustworthiness performance,financial situation and credit record.Secondly,oin the basis of constructing the credit evaluation index system of power companies,the combination of subjective and objective weighting method is used,and the matter-element extension-TOPSIS method is utilized to construct the credit evaluation model of Power-Retailing companies.Thirdly,based on the theory of dynamic capability and data mining,the dynamic intelligent classification mechanism of Power-Retailing companies is established.An intelligent classification model based on KPCA-WPA-LSSVM is introduced to complete the fast classification of Power-Retailing companies.That is to say,the input index of classification prediction of power selling companies is deternined by using the kernel principal component analysis algorithm,and the optimal parameters of LSSVM are obtained by using wolf pack algorithm.Fourthly,in order to ensure the effective implementation of differentiated service managelent strategy,this paper formulates the guarantee measures of implementing differentiated service management from three aspects:system service management guarantee,efficiency service management guarantee and personnel service management guarantee.Fifthly,this paper chooses some Power-Retailing companies in GD province for example analysis of credit evaluation and intelligent classification of Power-Retailing companies,and puts forward targeted differentiated service management strategies according to the classification results.The credit evaluation model and the differentiated service lanagement strategy based on intelligent classification proposed in this paper design a dynalic credit classification management mechanism according to the credit changes of the evaluated Power-Retailing company,which makes the classification results real-time.According to the classification results,the differentiated service management strategy is designed according to the different credit status of the Power-Retailing company to form the differentiated measures and suggestions of accurate matching,thus avoiding the mismatching of marketing resources of power grid enterprises,and thus effectively improving the efficiency of power grid operation. |
