With the social economic growth gradually,environment protection and resource saving have become more and more important.China is a large package consuming country and exportation country.From upstream to downstream,there are materials flow,warehouse and logistic process.These packages are used for protecting the goods for transportation.These kinds of materials can be known as industrial package,which is different from consume package and the function will be more important and more centralized.Due to these packages are not well recycled,there are many wastes in the supply chain.The thesis will discuss about the package reusing,operation mode and logistic network optimization.Firstly,we are discussing about the background and research development for the subject in domestic and oversea countries,to analysis the value for the recycling for a company’s operation.Then,we will discuss the reverse logistic,operation mode and design rules for reverse network.Secondly,we choose company A as an example to analysis the operation mode and optimization method from operation management.To make the cost be more competitive,a cost model are set up and the cost benefit will be got from business prospective.Thirdly,reverse logistic network will be analyzed based on the operation mode.According to process re-engineering,the logistic center’s site choosing model will be built,MILP model will be used to figure it out.Finally,the thesis will be summarized by end and we propose the expectation for the future research work.
