In recent years,with the continuous expansion of the scale of the construction industry,crane machinery and equipment is used more and more on the site.However,due to the safety accident of tower crane and tower crane collision violations caused by excess operation occurred frequently,causing great loss of life and property.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the timely and effective supervision,practical early warning and safety control of the crane crane use process and behavior in order to effectively prevent and reduce the risk factors and safety hidden troubles.In this paper,the tower crane safety monitoring system is a set of electronic technology,wireless communication technology,automatic control,database management and other technology integrated system that can efficiently complete the tower crane operating conditions of real-time monitoring,single tower and tower group,obstruction interference interference prevention,tower crane illegal operation sound and light alarm and automatic control.According to the crane safety monitoring system was studied,the main contents are as follows:(1)Hardware Selection:The hardware of tower crane safety monitoring system consists of amplitude sensor,height sensor,wind speed sensor,load sensor,inclination sensor,wireless communication module,video module,industrial display and main controller module.Sensor module is mainly used to monitor the position of the car on the tower crane parameters,the height of the hook parameters,tower crane load parameters,tower crane torque and tower crane operating environment,wind speed information.The ZigBee module is used for the real-time communication of tower crane parameter data between tower crane.It can realize tower crane anti-collision,regional protection,overload protection,torque protection,and so on through the detection of tower crane information and the information of tower crane.Wind speed alarm and other functions.GPRS DTU module main function is the real-time transmission of equipment data to the system monitoring platform server,tower crane safety supervision departments,leasing departments connected through the Internet network center server to achieve multi-involved in the main tower crane safety monitoring.The main function of the main controller is to convert the analog signal transmitted by the sensor to a digital signal and to execute the various commands issued by the display.(2)Software design:In the system software,using C#programming language,the function module of the software mainly includes the design of the login window and the main form,the design of database and data form design,sensor data read,GPRS DTU network connection,ZigBee wireless transmission,anti-collision algorithm design and alarm function.Through the debugging of each part of module,the real-time data of tower crane operating condition parameters can achieve the operating parameters of tower crane tower crane monitoring platform to complete the tower crane.(3)Anti-collision design:The collision type mainly includes the collision between the tower crane,the collision between the tower crane and the obstacle etc.The collision between the tower crane,which divided into three kinds of possible situations in accordance with their position and each of the possible corresponding judgment conditions,collision calculation etc.The collision between the crane and obstacles,the main strategy is dividing the obstacles into linear obstacles,cylindrical obstacles,rectangular obstacles.Distance and the safe distance is measured to determine whether there will be the possibility of collision.
