In recent years,the number of tunnels in China has increased rapidly.At the same time,a new problem has slowly emerged,and the power consumption of tunnel lighting is getting higher and higher.For this reason,many experts and scholars in China have conducted in-depth research on tunnel lighting system to achieve the purpose of energy-saving and efficiency.At present,most of domestic schemes for tunnel lighting system are to control lamps in tunnels in the daytime according to signals of light and traffic flow and speed inside and outside the tunnel.In the evening,the method of control for lamps is relatively simple and lamps are always lit by a fixed brightness parameter.Obviously,the way to control lamps at night is not reasonable.Therefore,this article takes this opportunity to develop a tunnel lighting system at night based on MSP430.Firstly,this paper introduces the current situation of tunnel development in China,the development of tunnel lighting at home and abroad,the issue of energy shortage in China and the main content of this research.Then the overall scheme of the lighting system for night is introduced in detail.The introduction mainly includes the choice and layout of sensors(signal acquisition modules),the choice of LED light dimming schemes,the choice of LED lights connection strategies,the choice of segmentation strategy of control and the choice of sensor output signal processed algorithms.Then the hardware and software design of the lighting system is described in detail.The design of the hardware mainly includes the design of the controller module and its peripheral circuits,the design of the power supply circuit,the design of the driving circuit of LED lamps,the choice of the sensors' module and the specific introduction of the serial communication module.In terms of software,based on hardware,the software development platform IAR EW430 and the program download software SF_BSL430 are first introduced and Then the MCU initialization program,the sensor data processed program,and the LED dimming program based PWM dimming are designed in detail.Finally,a simulation test is performed for functions of the system.The simulation test consists of two parts and one is for the upper computer test,and the other is for the LED light dimming test.The upper computer test uses the upper computer software to check the accuracy of the data output by the sensor.The LED dimming test is to verify the dimming scheme of each segment in the tunnel.The test result shows that the actual effect of the designed lighting system is basically consistent with the expected result,which can basically achieve the purpose of energy saving.
