Due to the lagre energy consumption of the highway tunnel during the serving time islarge,the expensive lighting costs have become a huge financial burden on operationdepartments of highway tunnel.At present, the tunnel lighting fixture is controlled in the modeof classification dimming on most highway tunnel lighting systems, that is to adjust thelighting brigtness in the highway tunnel by switch the lighting circuit. This dimming mode iseasily to cause the brightness nonuniform,affect the driver’s vision and cause some potentialrisk to traffic safety.This paper,designs a new kind of highway tunnel energy-saving control software, whichis based on the dimmable hardware platform for the tunnel lighting fixture and.NETplatform,and can not only dimm the tunnel lighting fixture within a certain range, but also runeffective management and maintenance of the lamps. L6574is adopted to change the power ofthe lamps by the hardware platform and LonWorks Fieldbus is used in communication,whichgreatly reduces the cost of wiring for there is no need to change the lighting circuit.The maincontents of this paper are as follows:according to the design specifications for the highwaytunnel ventilation and lighting,we compeleted the design and implementation of the softwareby the requirement analysis,architecture design,class design and database design of the tunnellighting system,which is based on the actual tunnel lighting control. User Login Module,Hardware Configuration Module,Tunnel Parameter Settings Module,Lamp ManagementModule,System Control Module and State Query Module are included in the software. TheGIS technology is used in the software,which connects the location information to the stateinformation of the fixture, so the fixture can be controlled,administrated and queried in agraphic way.The software realizes that the dimming control plan of the tunnel lighting isgenerated automatically, and can execute stepless dimming control for the tunnel lightingfixture in a manual and timing sequenece manner.
