The study of urban spatial form and structure is the basic research content of urban science.In line with the trend of urbanization,new characteristics of urban spatial form and structure are constantly emerging in China.At the same time,urban housing prices are constantly changing.Under this background,this paper uses the data of interest points of electronic maps to explore the new changes of urban spatial form and structure in 17 key cities in China.At the same time,combining with the urban housing price data,this paper tries to explain the spatial differentiation law of housing price from the perspective of urban spatial structure and form.On the basis of summarizing the theory of urban spatial form,structure and housing price,this paper combines geographic data with spatial analysis of GIS,which is an innovation and development of traditional urban research.Firstly,this paper studies the centrality characteristics of each city by constructing the index system of urban centrality.Secondly,the urban spatial mor:phological characteristics are quantitatively analyzed by compactness,shape index and fractal dimension,and the urban spatial structure characteristics are measured by means of standard deviation ellipse,average nearest neighbor and contour.Then descriptive statistical method,exploratory spatial analysis method and spatial autocorrelation are used to study the spatial differentiation characteristics of urban housing prices.Finally,regression model is used to explore the relationship between urban centrality,urban spatial morphology,urban spatial structure and housing prices.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)There are great differences in the centrality among the cities,among which Beijing,Shanghai and Shenzhen have been in the top,while Yantai,Hefei and Qingdao have been in the bottom.As time goes on,the gap between cities decreases,but the overall ranking remains unchanged.(2)In terms of urban spatial form,Changsha,Tianjin,Shenyang,Nanjing,Hefei and Chengdu are blocked,Chongqing,Shenzhen,Xiamen,Qingdao,Guangzhou,Dalian,Beijing,Shanghai,Wuhan and Hangzhou are clustered and Yantai strips are striped.From the compactness point of view,Shenzhen,Xiamen,Changsha,Hefei,Shenyang and Nanjing have higher compactness index,while Shanghai,Chengdu and Yantai have lower compactness index.From the perspective of fractal dimension,the fractal dimension of all cities is below 1.5,which shows that the current form of Chinese cities is relatively simple,but there are differences among cities.(3)From the average nearest neighbour index,all cities are clustered,of which Beijing,Shanghai,Shenzhen and Tianjin are more clustered.In terms of spatial structure types,Shanghai,Chengdu,Nanjing,Hefei,Tianjin,Hangzhou,Xiamen,Shenyang and Changsha are single-center structures;Beijing and Wuhan are multi-center and one main structure;Guangzhou,Qingdao,Yantai and Dalian are multi-center and one main structure;Shenzhen and Chongqing are multi-center balanced structures.(4)In terms of housing prices,the three cities with the highest average price are Beijing,Shanghai and Shenzhen,with an average price of more than 50,000 yuan per square meter,while Hefei,Chengdu,Dalian,Yantai,Changsha,Chongqing and Shenyang have an average price of less than 15,000 yuan per square meter.Spatial distribution of cities presents different distribution characteristics.Spatial correlation of housing prices in most cities shows positive spatial correlation on local clustering.(5)There is a strong positive correlation between urban centrality and housing price.In urban spatial form,both compactness and fractal dimension are negatively correlated with urban housing price.That is to say,with the increase of compactness and fractal dimension,urban housing price shows a downward trend.In urban spatial structure,different spatial structures have different impacts on housing prices.
