Research On The Spatial Form Of Urban Fringe Under The Guidance Of Multiple Values

Urban marginal area is a transitional form of urban development to a certain stage,which will inevitably appear around the city.It combines the dual attributes of city and village,and is the most obvious and violent zone in the process of urbanization development.In recent years,with the rapid development of economy,many large cities in China have become suburbanized or post-urbanized.At this stage,the urban problems caused by urban development gradually appear,so new requirements are put forward for the development of urban marginal areas.At this time,from a single point of view to the city analysis and research,has been unable to meet the needs of urban development.It is necessary to introduce multi-disciplinary research methods and multi-value analysis to study the urban fringe area,which is an important part of urban development.which is the macro research background of this study.Hefei,as the provincial capital of Anhui Province and the sub-central city of the Yangtze River Delta,is in the forefront of urbanization in the country,and the development goal of Hefei is to undertake the industrial development of the Yangtze River Delta region and build a regional megacities.Therefore,the construction of urban fringe area in Hefei is more urgent and important than other small and medium-sized cities.To study the spatial form of urban fringe in Hefei is to explore the development path of urban fringe under the requirement of new development under the condition of multi-interest orientation and to put forward the optimization strategy of spatial structure development in urban fringe.This paper is mainly divided into three parts.The first part analyzes the research background,research purpose and research content of the urban fringe,discriminates relevant concepts and theories,and summarizes the theoretical research on the urban fringe.Inertia in the second part discusses the urban structure and urban scale,the importance of clear borders cities,explore diverse interests guidance for the impact of urban fringe area,the third part,combined with the multiple value relations,from the perspective of regional edge,city and district development direction and put forward the urban fringe area spatial structure optimization strategy.
