Analysis And Inquiry Of Current Non-humanized Design Status Of Urban Housing

In recent years,China’s economy has continued to grow,the level of urbanization has continued to increase,and the real estate industry has shown a strong momentum.At the same time,related issues are inevitably exposed.In the past few years,due to the rapid development of China’s market economy and the guidance of relevant policy strategies,especially the extreme pursuit of economic interests in the real estate industry,the relatively unreasonable external form and intrinsic function of the non-humanity of residential design has emerged.The design pattern has greatly affected the needs of sustainable development of society and the improvement of the quality of human living.The research content of this paper is inevitably harsh and sharp.The author hopes to analyze the current situation of the non-humanized design of urban dwellings in China from the perspective of objective "non-humanized" design,and make a reflective analysis and discussion.The background and other institutional factors related to the non-humanized design summarize the current situation of urban residential design in China,and reveal the root causes of the dehumanized design of urban residential caused by economic interests.Through inquiry and criticism,hopes have aroused great attention and serious attention from all walks of life,and I really hope that we can move from the unreasonable situation of "non-humanized" design to the healthy direction of"humanized" design.Inspired design colleagues,targeted to explore the more humanized design concept of future urban housing in China,to provide services for the sustainable development of society and meet the needs of people’s better living,and to develop the healthy development of urban residential humanization Explore a practical way.The exploration of urban residential design is not only an important issue before us,but also an era of healthy development in today’s society.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze and explore the status of urban residential non-humanized design and promote the healthy development of China’s real estate industry.This article is divided into four parts:The first part,through the research background,expounds the research content and significance of this topic.Integrate relevant research theories and dynamics at home and abroad,fully grasp the current research status in relevant fields,and hope to form a reference for the content of the analysis and exploration in this paper.According to the research methods and contents,the basic ideas and article framework of this paper are sorted out.The second part,related concepts and theories.This paper introduces the development history of urban dwellings at home and abroad and the status of humanized design at home and abroad,and combines the adaptability theory of dwellings to explore the significance of its application in urban residential design.The third part is the background and problem analysis of non-humanized design.Based on the background and other institutional factors related to the non-humanized design of urban residential buildings in China,the current situation of urban residential design in China is summarized.Starting from external planning,internal space and detail design,this paper analyzes the urban residential cases with typical characteristics and analyzes the existing problems and main features of urban residential non-humanized design.The fourth part is the intervention of humanized design consciousness.In view of the strengthening of the awareness of humanized design of urban residential buildings,the author puts forward the design ideas of urban residential humanization and explores the healthy development path of sustainable development of China’s social real estate industry.
