| The economy developed in cities at full speed after 21st century, plentiful amount of housing projects being constructed playing an important role in promote of economy increasing and social harmony. At the meanwhile, due to the heavy energy consumption with the process of constructing housing projects, many serious negative effects being brought to our living environment and nature ecology; All of these loss threatened living conditions of human and even irreversible. In present, some concepts spring up like low-carbon economyã€going green and environmental protectionã€sustainable energy make housing projects’ sustainable development become an vital task in area of implementation management. Hence, in the process of exploitation, pursuit of the equilibrium of economy developing with environment protectionã€energy utilization and social developing which got the great meaningful with promotion of city economyã€social developments and energy efficient utilization for constructing in sustainable residence. This article will in deep research with sustainable development about residence projects from populationã€economyã€resource and environment. It will be play some roles in guidance of future residence constructing sustainably.This article introduce the purpose and meaning at first. Through connect the worldly research status in sustainable developent, make some conclusions like evaluation object selection waysã€assessment indicator system constructions and evaluation methodologies. Through the deep research in sustainable development and connection with present existing appraisal system from economy, population, environment and resource we constructed new appraisal system in residential projects. There are 46 indicators which divided into hierarchies in target, index Z, factor Y and side factor F. Our new appraisal system set up parameter proportions with analytic hierarchy process, make fuzzy compound evaluating model for the sustainable developing of residence projects. Furthermore, we choose a residence community in WUHAN to analyze and evaluate from sustainability; clarify its parts which need melioration in sustainability. Adopt case analysis to indicate that our appraisal system in this article from the concepts of sustainable development with maneuverability and scientificity. |
