High-rise prefabricated steel-concrete composite structure is made up by prefabricated composite components and construction parts in the form of prefabricated construction,which has the characteristics of large lateral stiffness,good seismic performance,convenient construction and green environmental protection,etc.So far,extensive research has been carried out on the structural safety of stress performance of various compo site components,joint connection and seismic performance of composite structures.But it has not been studied systematically for its synthesized attributes inside and outside,such as economy,buildability and green environmental protection.In this paper,some prefabricated steel-concrete composite structure residential building in Lanzhou is studied as the object,the synthesized attributes of structural safety and industrial properties are discussed.The details are as follows:Based on the basic conditions of the planned project,the structure design of high prefabricated assembly rate has been carried out in order to obtain the mechanical properties of the structure.According to the engineering geology,hydrogeololgy,aseismic design basic conditions of some planned residential building in Lanzhou,the structure design of main body has been carried out to study the mechanical properties under the action of wind load and earthquake.The calculation results has shown that(concrete-filled steel tube)steel frame-concentrically braced structure with high prefabricated assembly rate statisfies overall anti-overturning checking,whole steady checking computations,shear capacity checking and so on.And the response of the wind load and the earthquake effect has met by the specification requirement.The shortcomings of standards for assessment of green and industrialized building has modified and supplied after ananlyzing them,and has put forward to the relationship between them and the methods of fusion.By contrastive analysis,it has been concluded that assessment standard of green building has the following shortcomings: deficiency of practical experience and technical parameters,large qualitative evaluation and large calculation quantity,and that assessment standard of industrialized building has the following disadvantages such as poor operability,unclear index and insufficient consideration of cost.By means of general life cycle cost,comparative analysis and other methods,the industrial properties of industrialized building have been studied which includes economy and buildability to deal with the problems that the cost of prefabricated building is high and the buildability of general building is low.According to their characteristics,the non-uniform relationship between the two assessment systems has been proposed,and the method of fusion has been given.The comprehensive assessment standard has been built by fusing the eco-friendly design and industrialized construction to evaluating prefabrica ted steel-concrete composite structure.Based on the characteristics and methods of assessment standard for building in the world,the new index has been put forward by using the research results of structural performance,economy,buildability,and has conducted a series of discussions on assessment methods and requirements.And the performance of prefabricated steel-concrete composite structure has been evaluated by using the comprehensive assessment standar d to verifying its superiority.Several optimization methods has been put forward to the design of composite structure according to the assessment result.
