At present,in the design budget,construction drawing budget and other At present,in the design budget,construction drawing budget and other engineering cost management practices of railway sea-crossing Bridges in China,the budget quota of offshore or land railway Bridges,highways,water conservancy and other industries is often referred to,but it is not directly applicable to the budget quota of sea-crossing Bridges under complex sea conditions.Therefore,in order to control the cost of railway Bridges in complex sea conditions,it is of great research significance to carry out the determination of budget quota of railway Bridges in complex sea conditions.First of all,this paper takes a railway bridge project with complex sea conditions as the research background,studies the construction characteristics of the project,and discusses the principles,basis and common methods of budget quota measurement.On this basis,the implementation process of budget quota measurement is established.Second,using SPSS software to determine the budget quota consumption data whether meet the requirements of normality,and use in accordance with the guidelines to identify and eliminate the abnormal data,improve the accuracy of the budget ration consumption data,then by using the arithmetic mean method for budget quota,it solved the large sample budget ration consumption data processing problems;Finally,by using the grubbs criterion to identify and eliminate the data of budget quota consumption,a GM(1,1)grey prediction model of budget quota consumption data is proposed for the data that do not meet the observation times.The feasibility of the data processing model is verified by combining the theory with an example,which provides a theoretical basis for the determination of budget quota of railway bridges in complex sea conditions,and helps to determine and control the project cost.At the same time for other types of fixed resource consumption data processing provides a reference.
