Urban Design Strategy Research Based On Urban Catalyst Theory

In recent years,the serious imbalance of urban development has become more and more serious.The destruction of urban structure in resource-exhausted cities leads to the rise of unemployment rate and a large number of population outflow.The city's economic development is also in a state of stagnation,some of the city's development has been backward phenomenon.How to solve the development problem of resource-exhausted cities?Find a way for the future of the city.This paper will use the knowledge of urban design to explore the development of resource-exhausted cities.The starting point of this paper is the development of resource-exhausted cities.Based on the guidance of urban catalyst theory and the method of urban design,the author hopes to achieve the goal of the Renaissance of resource-exhausted cities.Fuxin city,the most representative city among the resource-exhausted cities,can make the problerus and solutions clearer and clearer through the analysis of specific object.The first chapter introduces the current situation of the development of resource-exhausted cities.Then consult the literature to understand the urban catalyst theory and the relevant insights of urban Renaissance.Summarize the literature review of relevant theories at home and abroad.Fuxin city was selected as the research object and the research content was formulated.The second chapter studies urban design,urban catalyst theory and the concept of urban renewal,and summarizes the relationship among the three.In addition,the significance of catalyst medium in urban catalyst theory for urban renewal is analyzed,and the catalyst medium that plays a positive role in urban renewal is summarized.Chapter three is about Fuxin city.Through the analysis of Fuxin's urban development,urban layout and urban characteristics,the development problems and the shortcoming of Fuxin,s urban structure are obtained.Based on the summary of urban catalyst media in chapter 2,the leather r&d and marketing park,which can be aimed at Fuxin city's urban characteristics and improve its urban structure,is selected.According to the theory of urban catalyst and the urban layout of Fuxin city,the site of leather r&d and marketing park is selected.Chapter four studies the urban design strategy of leather r&d marketing park based on the catalyst theory.Through the analysis of urban spirit and material,the urban design strategy of Fuxin city is made by using the function of the park as the catalyst medium.Chapter v,urban design practice of the park.Through the analysis of the plot and surrounding environment of the park,the overall plan,road network,landscape plaza and urban nodes of the park are designed through the strategy research in chapter 4.The sixth chapter is the summary and prospect.According to the analysis steps of the paper.the development of resource-exhausted cities finds that the urban structure needs to be supplemented or needs to be perfected through the analysis of urban catalyst theory.After that,through the strategic design of the catalyst reaction,the structure of the city will be improved to ensure that the development of the city is on the right track.
