In recent years,with the promotion of the IEC 61850 communication protocol,the operating mode and research level of intelligent substation have been deeply developed,and the secondary equipment operation and maintenance technology has also been studied in depth as the core technology of intelligent substation.The condition monitoring of intelligent substation secondary equipment can be described as the key point of the whole substation intelligentization.It plays an important role in maintaining the daily operation and maintenance of intelligent substation,and has gradually become the focus of intelligent substation secondary system design.The intelligent substation secondary equipment monitoring system includes terminal modules,recording devices,combined components,monitoring modules,and relay protection modules.These components work together to perform data collection,processing,calculation,and storage functions.It can be seen that the systematic study and analysis of the condition monitoring technology of substation secondary equipment is of great significance.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:Through the reference of domestic and foreign literature,the research status of intelligent substation and secondary equipment is expounded and analyzed,and the equipment protection,operation and maintenance are compared from three aspects: station control layer,interval layer and process layer,so as to clarify the monitoring points and difficulties of intelligent substation secondary equipment.It is found that the key function of intelligent substation secondary equipment lies in the system self-inspection,and the system model construction is completed by collecting and organizing the information of each equipment component configuration.Based on the simulation analysis of the actual situation of the construction model,the operation status of the secondary equipment of the intelligent substation is clarified.Based on the characteristics of the secondary equipment of the intelligent substation process layer,a complete hardware and software implementation scheme is designed with the CSD-601 component produced by Sifang Company.The hardware design covers the contents of communication port,line direction,and monitoring point distribution.The system software design covers data acquisition,fault interpretation and functional realization.Based on the previous research,a condition monitoring and testing scheme for the secondary equipment of the 66 k V intelligent substation was designed,and the testing and verification of each monitoring point was achieved through the rational construction of the test environment.The final results show that the secondary equipment monitoring scheme of the intelligent substation is scientific,reasonable,and reliable.Real-time control and management of the operating state of the entire power system secondary equipment can be realized.
