With the development of power electronics technology and the growth of the users’ requirements of Electric power, smart grid has become the developing direction of the grid currently, the world series including our country are both developing the smart grid.With the development of smart grid,the safety and reliability of the power supply has gradually become one of the main aspects of electricity demand and scientific research,the intelligent substation as the basic component of the smart grid, is the important foundation and support of the smart grid.The power supply system in substations is the provider of the internal communication power supply, protection and automatic device power supply, operation control power supply,is the premise for the intelligent substation equipment normal operation,is the important part of the substation safe and reliable operation.So,make sure that the Substation power supply could work stability by the all-time monitoring of substation ac/dc power supply,is the foundation of ensuring safe and reliable operation of the substation.In order to realize the online monitoring of substation ac/dc power supply system,the paper is based on transmitter isolation collect data technology and IEC61850 communication standard,design a set of on-line monitoring system about power supply in substation combined with the practical characteristics of intelligent substation integrated power development,the monitoring system can be applied to intelligent substation.This paper introduces the development status quo of ac/dc power supply of intelligent substation integration and its structure and function,at the same time elaborated the main composition and the design concept of each monitoring unit of the on-line monitoring system,and finish the overall scheme design of on-line monitoring system according to the related requirements of the power supply of online monitoring,the scheme include the monitoring terminal and the monitoring child IED of the process layer and the main IED of interval layer.the monitoring terminal mainly realize the acquisition and transmission of the relevant information like the voltage or current etc of the key point in the monitoring,is composed of MSP430f1232,RS485 and CC2530 Zigbee communication module and isolation transmitter,completion the real-time monitoring and gathering to upload about the related parameters of the power system.The child IED mainly achieve the classification summary and processing of the data,alarm the transfinite data and upload data,it include the S3C2440 A and TMS320F28335 processor, ZigBee module,RS485 and Ethernet communication interface circuit.The main IED mainly achieve the collection and uploading about total power monitoring data,its main structure is similar to the child IED,choose the S3C2440 A processor as the main controller,also expanded the Flash and RAM memory,achieve the requirements to collect the total data of the station.In addition,this paper finish the functional decomposition about the substation ac/dc power supply system based on IEC61850 communication standard, according to the requirements of the integration of power supply modeling,decompose the integration of the power supply into communication unit,Dc unit,inverter unit, rectifying power supply and battery unit,make the information modeling for each unit at the same time,debugging and verify the communication system,improve the whole system,to adapt to the development of the monitoring about the intelligent substation integrated power system.
