Under the rapid development of railway transportation.The safety problem of high-speed train travel on the line is an important issue that needs to be properly solved.The poor horizontal of the line is the main factor that induces the train to roll.On the straight line,the poor performance of the horizontal state is that the left and right side of the rail is not in a horizontal plane,on the curve line,due to the effect of the inertial centrifugal force,the train will be pushed to the side of the outside track during the running process,which sharply increases the lateral pressure on the outside track.The lateral pressure of the outer rail is sharply increased,so it is usually necessary to set the curve to be ultra-high,that's to say,the outer rail of the curved section is appropriately raised,and a centripetal gravity component is generated by the self-weight of the train to offset the centrifugal force of the train.At this time,the horizontal state failure can be expressed as ultra-high or under-high,or can be expressed as an ultra-high uneven change.The measurement accuracy of the horizontal state is a particularly important evaluation parameter for the smooth operation of the train.Today,the engineering section uses the digital track detector(hereinafter referred to as the track inspection instrument)to measure the horizontal state.With the use of a 0.5mm pad for scale adjustment,the requirement for horizontal measurement accuracy has also increased.This research is based on how to improve the accuracy of the horizontal state measurement of the track detector.Taking the principle of horizontal measurement as the entry point,the horizontal measurement and calculation process is elaborated,and the research on how to improve the horizontal measurement accuracy from the perspective of improving the installation and environment is carried out.In the actual measurement,there are not only mechanical horizontal errors such as mounting surface error and horizontal axis error but also errors caused by changes in ambient temperature.After a comprehensive analysis of the mechanical error,the temperature compensation of the tilt sensor will be studied.In order to better understand the temperature characteristics of the tilt sensor,a set of tilt sensor temperature characteristic test system was designed.A batch-type high and lowtemperature test bench capable of testing multiple inclination sensors at one time was built,and the test bench was stably placed in a high and low-temperature test chamber for constant temperature and temperature change tests.Among them,the tilt angle of the test bench is adjustable,and the temperature of the high and low-temperature test chamber is adjustable and controllable.Therefore,the law and characteristics of the output of the tilt sensor with the temperature at different tilt angles can be tested.The electronic and software parts of the test system complete the output signal conditioning and AD acquisition of each measured tilt sensor,and are converted into angle values by a scale conversion algorithm.Analysis of multi-sensor and multi-round measurement data shows that the temperature characteristics of the inclination sensor are nonlinear,and ordinary linear compensation is difficult to meet the requirements of the horizontal measurement accuracy of the rail detector.To this end,using the neural network toolbox of Matlab,a radial basis function(RBF)neural network temperature compensation model is established,which can better approximate the temperature characteristics of the tilt sensor.The collected 120 sets of inclination data are taken as samples,in which the temperature and the output of the sensor are used as two input neurons of the model,and the actual inclination of the sensor is taken as the output of the model.The compensated results can meet the requirements of the railway department for the horizontal measurement accuracy of the rail detector.After verifying the compensation result of the temperature compensation model,a set of selection criteria is designed for the inclination sensor on the track inspection instrument,and the inclination sensor with good temperature characteristics and temperature compensation effect can meet the accuracy requirement.Improve the accuracy of the horizontal measurement.
