| According to the new requirements of the national 14 th Five-year Plan for the construction industry,greening,industrialization,intelligence and informatization have become the new development direction of the construction industry.Prefabricated building is widely promoted as a stage product under the law of social development.The traditional Precast Concrete(Precast Concrete)assembly design has a low degree of informatization,which is not enough to meet the requirements of current industrial development.Using Revit,the BIM informatization platform with a high degree of application in China,to carry out three-dimensional standardized design can be used as a way to develop the prefabricated building informatization,but this software does not have the PC assembly functions.In order to solve the problems of PC assembly design,such as heavy workload,low design efficiency,low intelligence degree of assembly rate calculation and insufficient data utilization,this paper designed and developed the PC assembly module program AM＿System based on Revit platform.Based on the standardized design of components and the process of data access,extraction,calculation and transmission,intelligent calculation of data are carried out.Research and development process to establish the application program AM＿System based on the prefabricated building theory,at the same time,sorting out the hierarchical belonging relationship between platform family files and PC prefabricated components,developing prefabricated component library,standardizing the standardized data input of components,The model quality and 3d design efficiency are guaranteed and the process design and implementation means of PC prefabricated component library are studied;Develop component coding tools,apply evaluation criteria and calculation rules of common specifications into plug-ins,use program automation to identify components and automatically complete the extraction of geometric data,and explore the intelligent calculation method of assembly rate;analyze Revit background data structure form,develop component data export system,propose a complete set of customized data extraction scheme for PC prefabricated components,and apply to data export in different projects,overcome the defects of Revit software on data constraints;Developed desktop applications,effectively managed the data in the database,completed the information transfer of Revit data to the application program,and gave full play to the application value of BIM model "information".The whole paper takes "data" as the thread,and focuses on the process of data input,extraction,calculation and output.Using development tools and programming language to explore automatic data processing process,simplify the repetitive operation of data in the project,and verify its feasibility with examples.Exploring the realization process of digitalmodeling separation technology can provide BIM data sources for different demanders to apply,providing reference for improving the digitization level of PC prefabricated building. |
