Study On Cost Control Of Hilton Hotel Construction Project In H City

With the rapid development of the economy and the continuous growth of the people’s consumption level in our conutry,the number of five-star hotels has increased day by day,and hotel construction has also tended to diversify,personalize and refine its development.At the same time,due to the particularity of five-star hotel design,the complexity of construction,the diversity of decorative materials and the differences in the needs of various stakeholders,it brings a lot of uncertainty to cost control.For the five-star hotel construction project,cost control is not limited to a certain part of the project development,but runs through the entire process of the project.Each stage will affect the project cost to a certain extent,so in the five-star hotel construction project The entire process of cost control,The key points of cost control in each phase should be clearly defined and cost control measures should be proposed according to the key factors causing cost overruns.This paper explores and innovates from the research methods.Taking the construction project of the Hilton Hotel in H City as an example,through analyzing the main problems and causes in the whole process of cost control,combined with the common problems in the whole process of cost control of the five-star hotel construction project,In order to effectively carry out cost control research from the five stages of pre-decision stage,design stage,bidding stage,construction stage and completion settlement stage.The main research content and innovation points in this paper include the following two aspects:First,based on the perspective of the entire process cost control,through the case of the H Hilton Hotel,we explored the main problems in cost control in the five stages of the first class decision stage,the design stage,and the bidding stage,the construction stage,and the completion and settlement stage,and dug deep into the causes of related problems.Propose corresponding measures in a targeted way.Second,according to the control priorities and control measures in each stage of the whole process cost control,implement and track the changes in investment in each stage,take timely corrective measures,take the initiative to control investment,and feedback the control effect.Based on the deviation analysis of target cost and actual cost,the experience and lessons in cost control process are summarized according to cost overruns or savings.To sum up,based on the perspective of the whole process cost control,this paper studies the current situation of the five stages such as the first class decision stage,the design stage,the bidding stage,the construction stage,and the completion and settlement stage of the H Hilton Hotel.The main problems and causes of cost control in each stage are analyzed,and the control measures are found out to achieve the purpose of correcting the cost control deviation,which provides a reference for solving the problem of out-of-control cost in the construction of five-star hotels.
