| According to the research,China has entered the rapid development stage of the aging society.With the increase of the elderly and the disabled population,traffic,safety and other fields have been brought more and more significant pressure,but it also promoted the development of the industry of helping the elderly and disabled,among which wheelchair is the most widely used travel tool.In developing countries,many old-fashioned residential buildings and low-rise buildings do not have elevators,ordinary wheelchairs do not have the function of climbing stairs,the elderly and the disabled can not travel.Therefore,a lot of research had been done on the wheelchair with stair climbing function at home and abroad,and many products had been produced.However,the prices of foreign products are generally more expensive,and users in developing countries are generally difficult to bear.Domestic research is mostly in the patent stage.Because of imperfect factors in safety,price and control,few practical products had been put into use.According to the current research and application,this paper summarized the development trend and key technologies of the wheelchair by consulting materials and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of common climbing mechanisms,and innovatively put forward a new type of manned climbing wheelchair,which combined six-bar mechanism with planetary gear train,and deeply studied the design of its overall scheme and various key problems.This paper completed the design and analysis of the overall scheme,including the design and analysis of the climbing mechanism,the design of the transmission mechanism,the design of the flat ground and the switching mechanism of the climbing mode,and completed the three-dimensional modeling of the engineering prototype.Then the overall performance analysis of the wheelchair was carried out,including the analysis of the flat ground motion and the climbing motion of the wheelchair;the simulation analysis based on ADAMS software;Finally,the finite element analysis was carried out to analyze the strength and stiffness of some key parts to ensure the reliability and safety of the designed climbing wheelchair.Finally,a new type of manned climbing wheelchair was designed,which met the practical requirements.It is simple to control,convenient to operate,safe and reliable,and has low cost.It meets the basic national conditions and social needs of developing countries,especially China.In the process of mechanism design and analysis,not only the traditional mechanical design method was used,but also the modern computer technology was combined to carry out the auxiliary calculation,simulation and simulation.Finally,the practicability of the scheme was verified.The new climbing mechanism designed in this paper and the related research methods used provided an effective scheme reference for the design and research of manned climbing wheelchair. |
