Aerospace propellants are the main source of power for carrier rocket.Among them,liquid propellants have been widely used in the long-term series of carrier rocket missions in China due to their high-energy storable characteristics.However,the liquid propellant has the characteristics of flammable,explosive and toxic,which brings great disadvantage to the transportation of the propellant.During the transportation process,it is necessary to prevent accidents such as leakage,personnel poisoning and explosion.At present,the transportation of aerospace propellants is often assigned to escort personnel.The escort personnel is responsible for monitoring the condition of tank trucks at any time,timely discovering and reporting accidents and hidden dangers that endanger the safety of driving,and adopting corresponding emergency plans.The experience of escort personnel is relatively high,and the lack of corresponding monitoring equipment,so it is difficult to monitor in real-time all day.This paper designs a safety monitoring system for railway transportation of space propellant,which dynamically collects the propellant transportation status,and adopts the modular idea to design the vehicle module and the remote management module.The vehicle module uses Zigbee technology to collect the monitoring data,and uses Raspberry Fi to realize data display and data remote transmission.The remote management module is developed by C++Builder 6.0,it developes a safety monitoring system with data display,data query and data management functions,providing intuitive data monitoring support for the rear command and control personnel and the escort personnel to ensure safe and reliable propellant transportation.The main work is:Firstly,the research background and research significance of the subject are sorted out.The research status and development trend of wireless sensor network and hazardous chemicals railway transportation are expounded.The related knowledge of aerospace propellant transportation is reviewed.The functional requirements and data requirements of the safety monitoring system during propellant railway transportation are analyzed.The overall design of the safety monitoring system has been formed.Secondly,the design and implementation of the main functional modules of the railway transportation safety monitoring system for aerospace propellant is completed.The hardware setup of the vehicle-borne data acquisition module,the realization of data wireless acquisition,the design and implementation of remote management related functions are completed.Finally,the functional realization of the railway transportation safety monitoring system is tested and analyzed.The vehicle-borne data acquisition module tested the Zigbee network formation,network transmission quality and Raspberry Pi serial data reception,display and remote transmission;the railway transportation safety monitoring system tests the display of network receiving data and the query of historical data.The test results show that the designed system has good practicability and feasibility,and can realize data collection,display,remote transmission,storage and query,and provides powerful technical support for long-distance transportation safety of aerospace propellants.
