| Logistics Engineering is based on the logistics system and is a huge system.As an important category in engineering projects,transportation engineering projects generally involve large capital,long construction period,and difficult construction techniques.In order to evaluate the risk of bidding for engineering projects in complex environments,Project risk management plays a guiding role.By summarizing the existing research results and combining with many years of practical experience,this thesis further improves the risk evaluation indicators of project engineering management,and uses relevant evaluation methods to verify with examples.First of all,the thesis introduces the development background of engineering project bidding and the research of domestic and foreign systems,and affirms the role of bidding mechanism in the engineering construction market.Risk analysis of project bidding is a very necessary and complicated task.In the risk management of project bidding,the general process is the identification of risk factors,the evaluation of risk factors and the measures to deal with risks.The risk factor evaluation can determine the size of the risk and provide decision support for the risk response strategy.Secondly,we expound the basic content,basic characteristics,basic principles and processes of bidding for construction projects.In particular,the bidding activities of traffic engineering projects are not only a continuous and complete work process,but also an independent project decision management process;its bidding must comply with China’s laws and regulations,relevant rules and regulations and relevant policies.Then,the general situation of the Fuzhou-Xiamen Railway,the key projects and the division of the tenders are introduced.Based on their own experience and consulting with relevant literature,comprehensive consulting professionals have established an evaluation system for indicators including economic risks,technical risks,market risks,management risks and environmental risks.Choose to use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to determine the fuzzy relationship between objects.Finally,the weight of each indicator in the evaluation system of Fuzhou-Xiamen Railway is an indispensable step in the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.In the thesis,the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of each index.For the analytic hierarchy process,it can be summarized into four steps:determining the structure of the hierarchy,constructing the judgment matrix,determining the relative weight,and determining the combination of the elements by the relative weight.After obtaining the weights of the indicators,the evaluation set of the indicators(low,low,medium,high,high),and the membership matrix of the indicators for the comments are determined,and then comprehensive evaluation is performed.The corresponding bidding proposals for economic risk,technical risk,market risk,management risk and environmental risk are put forward,and feasible suggestions for bidding risk monitoring are put forward. |
