Inherert Defects Insurance(also known as engineering potential internal defect insurance)refers to insurance that compensates for direct and indirect losses during the use of the project caused by inherent quality defects.The developer insures the developed building,and after one year of acceptance by the construction engineering quality inspection agency designated by the insurance company in accordance with the prescribed procedures,the building has an inherent potential defect that was not found during the acceptance process under normal use conditions.The company is responsible for indemnifying the owner of an insurance.The actual implementation of engineering quality insurance in China has not achieved the expected results.Only a few units have taken the initiative to understand and apply for insurance.As a result,the pilot work has not achieved the expected results and can only slow down the speed of policy implementation.This paper summarizes the research of engineering quality insurance systems at home and abroad,summarizes the relevant theoretical overviews of engineering quality insurance systems and engineering risk management,and analyzes and summarizes the development status of engineering quality insurance at home and abroad.According to the project management and risk management regulations in management accounting,The FH project is selected as a case for research.After the project background introduction and basic situation introduction,according to the data analysis and expert recommendations,the project quality,the developer status,the contractor status,and the material supplier are selected to affect the project quality.To establish a risk indicator system for project quality.Further use the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate the risk index weight of the project according to the expert scoring method,and determine the degree of influence of relevant factors on the insurance company's formulation of insurance.Establish a fuzzy risk index right evaluation questionnaire,complete the construction of the evaluation model,and then establish a fuzzy evaluation questionnaire,survey 15 relevant experts in the insurance and engineering fields,and use the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to obtain an evaluation level.Conclusion,provide the basis for the project underwriting of insurance companies,and make recommendations for the development of the implementation of engineering quality insurance.In the implementation of the construction engineering quality insurance system,as a technical support agency of insurance companies,how to scientifically,reasonably and accurately evaluate the engineering quality risk is more and more important.The implementation of engineering quality insurance can guide the parties involved in engineering quality insurance to improve their own standards,improve the quality of engineering projects,play a positive role in the promotion of engineering quality insurance,promote the active participation of participants in insurance,and help the transformation of government functions.To achieve the role of sharing government risks,thereby achieving the purpose of protecting the interests of engineering consumers.
