With the continuous development of China’s modern logistics and the continuous growth of container transportation,the problems in container transportation have become increasingly prominent.The organization of container transportation by the highway-railway combined transport can effectively alleviate such problems.The problem of the highway-railway combined transport is being used attention by various scholars in China.With the rapid development of the container highway-railway combined transport,the problem of container dispatching has also emerged.The container highway-railway combined transport scheduling itself is a complex system,involving many links.A small mistake in each link will cause scheduling problems,resulting in cost increase and efficiency reduce.Through the modeling and simulation of the container scheduling problem in the highway-railway combined transport,it provides a useful reference for improving the high cost and low efficiency in the scheduling.The research content of the the paper is as follows:The container highway-railway combined transport was introduced in detail,and the problem of the container highway-railway combined transport scheduling was explained.The existing scheduling problem was analyzed,which provided a theoretical basis for constructing the model below;Starting from the highway-railway combined transport network and its node,the path and cost model with time window,the dual-objective planning model with time constraint and the least risk,and the operating system model of the railway container central station are constructed and designed.The algorithm is solved and the simulation data is analyzed to verify the validity of the model.This paper mainly takes the Xi’an Railway Container Center Station as an example.Firstly,how to properly configure the loading and unloading equipment of the container central station,and construct a double-objective optimization model with the minimum monthly average cost and the shortest residence time of the loading and unloading equipment on the loading and unloading line.Solve the algorithm and the decision variables and the value expressions of each parameter.The simulation model of Xi’an Railway Container Center Station operating system was constructed,and it was simulated by Extendsim software.Finally,compared with the actual data to verify the validity of the model. |
